On Monday 23 March, the Dutch Government instructed that all events have to be cancelled until 1 June due to the current situation with the coronavirus. Therefore all Student for a Day events that were announced here are cancelled as well until 1 June.

A ‘Student for a Day’ will experience being a Psychology student at the University of Groningen by following a lecture, experiencing a small scale practical, looking at the course, attending a presentation on current students’ experiences, and will even get a taste of the student life. The program is led by Psychology students in groups of about the study.

Groningen is known to be the best Dutch student city and so such an event would be incomplete without including the social aspect of being a student. We will have dinner together after the workshops and see the city at night by means of a dinner! Please note that the dinner is at your own expense, but we can assure you of modest student prices!

There are limited places for the event. Those who would like to do the program in the upcoming academic year will get priority. The rest will then be placed according to the order of application.
